Makro's Happiness Mchunu saves my day

I had to call Makro yesterday to ask for an invoice - our fridge broke under warranty and Defy needed proof of payment etc...the phone was answered surprisingly quickly. The lady who helped me, was professional and friendly and she knew exactly what to do. She did put me on hold for a bit long when she had to find the invoice and so I hung up deciding to try by email. Not a full 5 minutes later however, I received an email from Happiness Mchunu at Makro with the needed invoice attached. Now that's efficiency for you. Happiness, thanks you for your excellent service.
