Makro's Great Customer Service

The Team at Makro really came through for me. I ordered Mexican Trains from their Springfield store online (only place in Sa that stocked it) and the day after ordering the store was looted. In the midst of all that chaos they still called me to apologies and said they would refund me asap. I asked if it could be sourced from another store rather as it was really hard to get it in SA. Farzana from Customer Care was amazing. She managed to make a plan to get the last stock in JHB, sent it to me in CPT and kept me up to date the whole time. The perfect example of great customer service!
