Makro's Frustrating Online Shopping

Experiencing such a frustrating situation with Makro's Online shopping. I placed my order on the 13th of March and opted to collect in store,Estimated time was 2-5 days but the order is still stuck on "in Progress", today I called their Online Call Centre (one of the Worst and Useless CC) I was sent from pillar to post until i got fed up and requested a reference number for my call as i wanted to take the issue further but i was denied that. Their refund process is meant to frustrate you even further. Never had i ever experienced such delay and dragging of feet from all of my online shopping elsewhere. I am stuck without a laptop whilst they're holding up my fully paid one. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use Makro Online Shopping it's the worst and **** unless you want Frustration to be your daily juice.
