Makro’s false promises to consumers

In the backdrop of this promise by Makro, I place an online order on 14/04/2020 and today is the evening of the 22/04/2020, and I still do not know whether this delivery will ever reach me or not. I have spoken just about everybody at Makro and each time I talk to someone I get a different story. Somewhere along the line, I forgot fobbed off to the their courier service- Dawn Wing which proved to be no different to the administration of Makro. The sad part of it all is that, based on Makro promises to deliver within 5 days, I stopped my elderly parents, who live some 50 KM from the nearest town, from their groceries. So much for all the flowery promises of Makro
