Makro's empty promisses.

Pathetic. Will never again order and pay anything online from Makro. First of all when order online there was no indication that they are out of stock, but they took my money. After 13 working days (online order indicate delivery between 7 and 10 working days), and I'm enquiring, they informed me they are out of stock. Long story short I've requested a full refund. Well this also take between 5 and 7 working days. Well well well !!!!!! Today is the 11th working day still nothing received, only promises that they will look into it and sorry they are busy and we will come back to you , Oh' yes and the refund will be processed yesterday sorry for the inconvenience. I've tried again the call centre tody just to be put through to Head Office and nobody answer the phone, ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY, please MAKRO.
