Makro’s disappointing service

Beware of ordering from Makro online. I placed an order on the 24th August 2026.The store(Makro silver lakes) failed to deliver the order.To date I am still doing a back and forth for my refund.They do not bother to reply to emails or provide feedback.The customer call centre always promises to escalate but nothing comes of it.I am very disappointed that I have struggle with a company such as Makro,very disappointing.
