Makro's Disappearing hole

I ordered a plastic strainer from Makro but what I received did not fit the advertised description OR how I interpreted the description. I returned the item which was collected from my address by The Courier Guy.

I have phoned Makro's call centre four times over two months about this issue (14/01/25, 24/01/25, 18/02/25 and 28/02/25). In all cases I am promised an investigation and report back and I am still waiting for the report back in 1,5 months.

I do a lot of online shopping and I have never come across such ineptitude. I shall never again shop online at Makro
