MAKRO's Despicable non existant customer service

Since our last review were were contacted by a person from MAKRO'S social media department. No joy as yet regarding our refund.everytime we speak to a new person and process starts over. All we want us our money paid back now they come with voucher **** we are not interrested in. Another 9 days had gone by again .seems the only route now is the legal/ ombudsman route. Never ever have we experienced such despicable service.
