MAKRO'S BAD SERVICE

I have bad experience with Makro, I orderd white non-stick pots with gold lid handles but they delivered white non-stick pots with silver lid handles. When I call them to follow up what's the next step they tell me the pots are not from them but from a supply so they won't be able to help me.

I'm very much disappointed in makro for their bad service you can't even change the address, you have to cancel the order first in order for you to change your address
