Makro's awfully ********** delivery service

I ordered groceries from Makro with a promised delivery date of 27 November 2025. After failing to deliver, I was told it would arrive on 01 December 2025, which also didn’t happen. I ordered online years ago and had a horrible experience, and I regret giving Makro another chance.

I understand this isn’t Sixty60 and a two-day delivery window is reasonable, but having a full week go by with no delivery is unacceptable. Makro should stick to what it knows because grocery delivery clearly isn’t your strength.

Please refund my money so I can buy from companies that actually deliver on time.
