Makro's acting manager dissapoints after making me drive to Silverlakes and not even advising store staff that I am coming.

after an appointment with the acting store manager, I was received so rudely, and no one knew about my appointment, the acting manager did not make anyone aware that I was coming, after asking me if he can personally meet with me, my refund was done after much hassle and debate. Customer service for Marko is proven to be last on their list. It really is sad how 1 has to write reviews such as these to make the public aware. I do not understand why big retailers get away with such derogatory and unprofessional behavior.
