MAKROONLINE IS UNTRUST WORTHY ON REFUND

I ordered an electric lawn mower from Makro Online on 21 February 2026 OD***-. The extention cord was not included and the hand set could not be fitted due to the cord from the rotary being too short.

Then I emailed them about this matter, my return request was approved, the mower collected by the Courier Guys, way bil number: ***. they promised to refund me the full amount. After several days, I reminded them that I did not receive my refund as yet, they rep**** me saying that they are on it,(Ref number: #2l1QP)

Up to so far, I did not received my refund as yet.
