Makro?.....no suprise there

I had pre ordered the ps4 version Red Dead Redemption 2 to make sure that on release date I receive a copy. As expected I call the Carnival Makro to enquire if stock has been received and as you can probably guess...... No stock. What the hell is the point of pre ordering something when you're going to wait longer than actually just walking into a different store and buying it. I will NEVER EVER make use of Makro's online purchases nor will I order anything from Makro again... Typical I know... If I could I would definitely request a refund so I could purchase this somewhere else on the actual release day! Thanks Makro!
