Makron Online Shopping - A joke

So disappointed with the service. Promise to deliver within 5 days. Ordered a birthday present and 3 days later sent e-mail confirmation parcel despatched. 5th day call them. Firstly to get through is a joke - 1st call consultant promised to follow up and call back - 2 hrs later called again. Consultant apparently spoke to manager who advised parcel had not even left the supplier and would organize a special courier to collect and deliver by 3h00 pm. No delivery arrived so had to go out and purchase another present. Still no contact from Makro and now trying to get my money back and still no sign of the order. Absolutely refuse to ever use them again and ask other customers to be very aware of their shoddy promises and services.
