Makro/Marketplace
Makro online has now added market place people, they price as they wish and when you place an order online, you use Makro website and also make payment to Makro website. You only realise later that there’s someone’M. Peterson who is actually selling the combo. When you go to Makro to complain they tell you to contact the third party which is the market place person.
Makro can do better by making sure that their customers know who they are buying from, maybe split the order and the payment, which ever works
