MAKRO/DALY bad service

my Makro account was handed over to Daly, its a pity its not a professional company, i was advised to write a motivational letter to Makro for discount unfortunately even today i am still waiting, i send an email to makro the very same one but still no response even today, dealing with Daly its an issue again makro they doing the same thing, why are getting bad service ?
