Makro,Cape Gate
Went to Makro Cape Gate this morning.Bought Flip files,scissors and a lot of food.When i came to the till the scissors and flip files and scanned wrong.Floor manager Mrs.Jansen (not before talking to a friend on the floor first)dissapearred for 10 minutes to get the price of the scissors.Said she couldt give it to me for the price on the rack.Price on rack R32.00 and scan price R62.99.Asked to speak to the manager Gawie Ellis.Came to me very rude pulling a face as if something is stinking.Just told me cant give it for that price.Asked him to show me the price on the rack,because there isnt even a price on the rack for R62.99.Were extremely rude and arrogant.Left a trolley of about R3000.00 just there and left.You must be the pride of Makro.Wont shop there EVER again.
