Makro - Zero service and irritating deliveries

Makro deliveries are a mess, as is their so-called customer service. I'm so fed-up with trying to get them to deliver at a reasonable time, I'm giving up on Makro now.

Once again, I place an order, go through the trouble of scheduling it for Monday, even get confirmation from Makro that yes, Monday is the delivery date. Sunday morning the courier phones, they have my order and want to bring it.

What's the point of scheduling then? Now my items are sitting in a truck in the sun somewhere for a whole day. Nicely done Makro - what a fantastic way to show me you don't give a **** about customers.
