Makro - Zero Customer Service

By far the worst service I have ever experienced EVER. An ongoing query where Makro have confirmed telephonically that they are going to refund me for a vacuum cleaner that had to be returned 3 times. This was on the 12th of June. Since then I have sent multiple emails to multiple people who either ignore me or send separate mails that do not refer to my query.
