Makro zero-care.
Makro, on the 9th June 2020 I placed an online order for a couple of items. A "Samsung 55 l Electronic Microwave Oven" was cancelled due to out of stock. Unit Price R 2,599 00. I have sent numerous emails to online.support, onlinefinance and makrocare without any feedback. I have visited the store plenty of times with promises that the issue will be sorted out. The result more than a year later, once again no feedback. If possible my rating would have been the same as their "care" zero.

The problem was on my side although I did not receive any notification from my bank and still dont understand why I didn't receive any feedback in regards from Makro for more than a year.
