Makro your customer services is non-existent

In my case I saw that Makro advertised a really good More 4 Deal. I made the selection and made sure to buy on their website so that I would be able to take screenshots. Surprise, surprise, the More 4 Less Deal wasn't fully delivered, I missed an item. I called over and over, I sent messages on Facebook over and over and over....it was escalated over and over again and nothing happened. The customer service is utterly disgusting and disappointing.
