Makro you SUCK!

I ordered a desk on the 07/07/2022 on line, which still has not been delivered. Have been following up with the call center and spoke to numerous consultants, over a period of a week, advising that the courier has the desk. I eventually phoned the courier and they said the item is still sitting with the supplier. Phoned the call center again and they confirmed it is with the courier. Everyone blaming everyone, no one taking responsibility. Call center advised they will phone me back in an hour. Still waiting..... Makro sitting with my desk and my money ..... Isn't that called theft. Where is TCF being app**** here. I am beyond angry. Hearing the same story over and over, like they read it off a sheet. All I want is my desk!!!!!!!!!!!!!
