Makro you suck

Ordered goods, received an out of stock message. Can I find a substitute, NO, why not, THATS OUR POLICY, okay so should I reorder the substitute, YES, then I have to pay for delivery again, YES, I’m going to social media, this is ridiculous, OKAY.. Not sure which Makro my order is coming from, I have had previously insurmountable issues and they don’t care. Okay Makro I’ll order again and pay the delivery charges again because you care………….
