Makro you need to do better.

Not Makro again putting me into trouble because of their horrible service. I placed an order with Them last week, Friday, paid for it and it was supposed to be delivered to me on Tuesday, since i had bought is as a gift. The order's value qualifies for free delivery but since Tuesday its still sitting on order being processed. I called in yesterday to follow up on my order i was told that the matter will be escalated, tried calling in again in the afternoon to arrange collection and all was well. I called in again now to confirm if i can collect and i was told that i need to wait for a qr code that i need to present at the store in order to get my order which also takes 24hrs, like really. You can't deliver on time and i also can't collect. Please do not buy from Makro because they don't give a damn about their customers.
