Makro you are so incredibly useless

I sent a message earlier today, got a response from MAKRO thanking me for bringing this to their attention yet still no assistance. The matter has not been resolved!!!!!!!!! You guys are just not interested is assisting me. What more do I need to do MAKRO. Oh my word
