Their disgusting service doesn't even deserve half a star😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I ordered goods valued at R1650 on 23 March 2026 and still haven't received my order. I have made numerous calls to their customer care and my challenge remains unsolved, it is also strange how the contact centre agents give the same programmed responses when one calls to complain. I continuously make purchases online and have never had a store claim that couriers are a reason for delayed or failed delivery. MAKRO YOU ARE A SERIOUS PAIN...
