Makro you are a disappointment!!

On the 7th of November I had made an online order and was supposed to receive my order within 7-10 days. I did not receive my order till today. I’ve called them a several times and they promised to get back to me..... I asked for a refund because they have failed me, still I haven’t received anything. I’m disappointed at Makro.
