Makro wrong product delivered

i ordered and paid for an exercise bicycle from Makro, they sent me the wrong product. you have to wait forever to try and get through to them, 6 minutes and 8 minutes before they even answer. No response to your email, just an auto responder stating that they are experiencing a huge number of emails and still no one bothers to contact you.
