Makro wrong goods delivered and no way of resolving

Makro delivered wrong good this morning 25.08.2026. They delivered a dirty old calculator when we ordered deodorant. Impossible to advise anyone of the problem or get the correct goods delivered. The call centre cannot assist as one has to deal with a robot on Whats App and the robot asks the wrong questions and than advises there is a technical problem??!!!. Sent an email but no reply so far. For goods that cost R1500 we have a dirty old calculator and no way of returning or getting assistance on the return.
