<p>Hi, I would like to let everyone know how proud I am off Makro, I have never used you before, my first attempt was on Tuesday when I decided to buy a fridge, It was also the first time I purchased something to expensive online, the process to register on your website was so easy, in like 3 simple steps my order was done, you guys kept communicating with me via email on the progress, I think what blew me away was Wednesday when I got home the Fridge was there, like who does that, no one, you guys are exceeding expectations on a scale that competitors will never be able to match, Thank you, thank you, thank you, keep it up, I will definetly be using you guys more often, the packaging was so neat and nice also, the fridge looks very nice, I am beyond happy, really guys, well done, you should have a section on your site where clients can compliment you, anyway have a lovely day guys and thank you for proving customer service still lives in some companies, </p>
