Makro would not provide a full refund when they cancel orders
Made a few purchases during the makro R55 rogue sale on 25 May, which was cancelled.
My refunds are R1100 short. It's now 24 June, still no refund and complaints fall on deaf ears. Sad stories of backlog with Finance department. Either refund my money asap or deliver me the goods!!
I'm waiting for Vuyile to contact me.
