Makro Worst Sevrice

I ordered my product online in the 21st of December 2018! When I ordered that product apparantly it was never available! To begin with, so today on the 3rd of January 2019 they cancelled my order without my consent!!! Instead of the individual calling me to clarify if they should cancel it,and they issued my refund,NOW! my product is available in my home city!and they already issued the refund which they said will take 7 days, now because I want to buy that product here i can't because i dont have the money to pay it with because I'll still be waiting for the refund,this service is the worst service in the entire business industry I've had up until now! This is a disgrace! And only 3 products are available of which they might run out by tomorrow, so now i have a predicament because i won't be here in the coming week,I wish there could be a negative rating for this,because they wanted my time and resources! They kept telling me every day that I should wait 3 days but the product was never in stock to begin with, and now its apparently in my home city, I repeat this is a disgrace,shameful it is.
