Makro - Worst service ever .

The worst service i have ever received, placed an order online for a bed base and headboard, paid R9500 , was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago , whenever i call them they say they will escalate the matter and get back to me same day , have called them 5 days in a row every single day , no response or help , really the worst service i have ever seen , please do not try and order/buy online from Makro , their service is terrible
