Makro worst service ever

The worst service received and for the second time, you buy a machine from Makro but what they forget to tell you is that you get the worst service from a so called consultant call center, it’s the second time I phone to log a call my washing machine is not working and after a week of which they tell you 24-48 hours and they still hasn’t helped me

I had to phone the supplier myself and do Makro job for them to be able to get any service it’s appaulling and I will NEVER buy another machine from Makro or even refer them
