Makro - WORST service ever

Im SO disgusted with the service received from Makro/RCS group. There were ***** on my Makro account, and as per their mails, they were suppose to refund me all the money. Since 13 August 2020 no reply received from the company. Nobody are replying on any of my mails! Worst worst worst service ever, i am very dissapointed!
