Makro worst service ever

I made a purchase last year on the 18th, was promised delivery on the 24th, but that never happened, no one tried to reach out and explain if there's any delay whatsoever, I phone them numerous times and got no feedback on non delivery, no call back was made, and now my money has been reversed to my account, and yesterday I was told a redelivery will be attempted on Monday, not sure who's the lier is now, this was the worst experience I have ever had, and now the item I bought is no longer on promo...this was thee very worst ordeal..
