Makro WORST SERVICE EVER
I bought a fridge from Makro Silverlakes which had a defective water dispenser, prompty they assisted to replace the first one . However to my dismay the second fridge had the exact same problem and ive been waiting since 17 December to get the matter resolved - keep getting excuses on mails but zero delivery - MOST SHOCKING AND USELESS SERVICE EVER

I am really upset about this , due to the timely wait on assistance from your side
I have lost out on two promotions you were running due to stock running out , this resulted in me spending R1300 extra to get a fridge as opposed to 700-800 (also i had to come in today and pay the difference)
Which i feel should or could be given in store credit due to the timely delay taking place from your sode and not mine
