MAKRO WORST SERVICE!

They deserve not a single star. Worst service ever and this is my 3rd time ordering from them thinking they will improve but the experience keeps getting worse. I ordered a bench and an egg boiler on 25Nov only for the boiler to get cancelled when it was supposed to be delivered. My bench was supposed to be delivered nextweek which is the 10th and I received an SMS today that the order has been cancelled too. No reason given, that time this is supposed to be someone's gift.Not to mention their WhatsApp number, theres never a consultant to attend to queries.
