MAKRO- WORST SERVICE

I placed an order for the office on Monday the 02 March, and delivery comes at 18h00 pm and the delivery was told this is an office they have to deliver the following day, Next thing they deliver on Saturday the o7 March and driver was told again that this is an office they should deliver on Money which is the 9th, this morning they cancelled the order and refund 7 to 14 days. This is unacceptable Makro. Called the call Centre at 9h40 on the and was on hold for more 30 minutes, worst service ever
