Makro - WORST SERVICE AND FEEDBACK - NON-EXISTENT.

Since 5 February 2026 up to today 8 May 2026, my freezer is still not repaired. 3 Months, I am getting no feedback from Makro or the warrantee department. I have sent numerous e-mails, called numerously but getting absolutely nowhere. You simply cannot get to management level. I am DISGUSSTED and DISAPPOINTED with Makro. I will not be supporting their stores.
