Makro worst service

Ordered goods for my business online on the 28th of November 2024 and received a third of the order in 2 days. A week later I started contacting the store via all they're available contact channels to ask for feedback on the rest of the order. On the 19th of December I went to Makro Alberton and got delivery of a few tampered items on the 20th. I've been calling and going to the store and calling them no one gets back to me. If they dont have the product why dont they refund me. This is theft
