Makro Worst Online Store. Stay clear.........

Placed an order on the 30th of October, 2 items. One from Makro and 2nd from 3rd party seller. One item was delivered even though it was also a hassle but non the less. The other item from the 3rd party was on special and I had to jump quick not to miss this bargain. It showed delivery for the 6th of November. But as I noticed the item hasn't even been shipped yet. So I made an inquiery about it on the 4th of November. Everytime I call I get the same useless reply of the matter has been escalated to the relevant department and that they wil revert back to me if they receive feedback. Well after many phone calls and emails the same response with nothing happening. Parcel hasn't moved and delivery never took place. Spoke to a supervisor but I think titles are just given away there as rank doesn't make any difference. I'm still waiting for feedback and order and clearly I'm not getting anywhere. Taking this up with the ombudsman.
