MAKRO -WORST ONLINE STORE IN SOUTH AFRICA

I have placed an online order for a fridge and TV which was meant to be delivered on the 30th of November 2024. Then the order was supposed to be delivered on the 1st of December. I tried to query this in their site with their chat, as well as whatsapp and telephonic. There was nobody that could give me feedback and I received different answers from different people. the matter was escalated many times. Eventually by some luck the fridge was delivered on the 4th of December 2024. I am still waiting for the TV. Some of the staff say it has not left the store in River Sands, some say it is at dispatch. I spoke to the store manager at river sands on Tuesday and he promised to call me back, which he never did. I got a hold of him on Friday, he promised to get the online manager to call me which never happened. I have sent email to the Makro online email, no reply or feedback. Worst online store in S.A
