MAKRO, Worst online store

Worse store ever, I bought stuff for my kid online and expected the order to be delivered as described online and till today I haven't received anything. I have been calling the store and no one is giving me the correct answers to my surprise one of the employees said the item is not available hence there's a delay which I find to be unprofessional to post things they don't have on their platform and allow us to proceed with the purchase. Takealot will gray out all the items that are currently unavailable but as for Makro, this is a **** because now I'm paying Payflex for something I do not have. I have given up making follow-ups as this is costing me more on phone calls and my efforts. People must avoid buying things online from Makro not sure if I'm the unluckiest customer to experience this. I regret going to their online store. No one even bothered to call and explain why my order is not delivered.
