Makro - Worst online shopping experience

Worst online shopping experience. Made an order on the 29th April 2024. Today is the 11th of May. Do not use their online shopping portal.

They provide the worst customer journey experience! No one calls or emails you. I had to email them and still they didn’t even know what’s happening with order.
