R220 delivery fee on top of the purchase price (that qualifies for free delivery on other, better online shopping services) paid for a "2 to 5 day delivery day period" but ordering on the 15th of the month and not having the product by the 30th (today) is not acceptable service. I live in Sandton, Johannesburg; it's not even like it's a rural place..
