MAKRO - WORST ONLINE SERVICE EVER

The worst online experience I have ever had and it seems, looking at Makro service ratings, I am not the only one!!!!! Placed an order that clearly stated delivery 5 - 7 days - two weeks later no show and tracking was stuck on "at couriers" tried to find out who the couriers are - no one knew!!! I got so frustrated that I canceled the order and received a REF number - another week went by and after some more phone calls I was told I have to return the Items online - which I did !!! The bladdy order was still delivered and then had to be sent back again - STILL WAITING FOR FEEDBACK FROM MAKRO on WHERE IT IS AND WHAT IS HAPPENING - NO REFUND AND IT IS NOW THE 19th of MAY !!!!!! Please do yourself a favor and read these reviews and feedback because if you do you will never, ever, ever order anything online because you are bound to be disappointed - THE SAGE CONTINUES
