Makro worst experience
I order a couple of goods online at makro. I asked in a mail for delivery date to be confirmed. In a mail they confirmed it. fly down to cape town for the wkend to sign and receive the orders stuff. When I land in CT I received a mail will only be delivered 4 days later that we asked for. Then I'm back in jhb. After I spend a lot of money phoning ect.The persons after 2 weeks and a couple of complained reverence numbers no one from makro even bother to respond. On the WhatsApp line I get a new reverence number every time. But also no response. Every 2 days you get a mail to rate the service. Every time I say it's worst service ever from a large company. But never get a reply
