Makro- WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

I bought an extended warranty from Makro for my coffee machine. The milk frother and water spout stopped working altogether. I called a repairer to check if it was faulty. He said it was and that I should send it back to Makro. After 32 emails and waiting for couriers to pick up the unit I had to drive through to Montague Gardens which is 3 bours away to take the unit to them. They told me 21 days. 5 Weeks later I got an email that said nothing was wrong and the service is R800. They also said I did not maintain it. I maintained it exactly as the booklet said. I eventually paid R100. Then I got an email that said Dawn Wing couriers will deliver the unit. That was 2 weeks ago. Another 12 emails no reaction
