Makro worst customer service ever
Online order was placed on 26/11/2022 for Smas present, it is now almost 1 month later, dealt with multiple consultants, no joy, problem apparently is with the supplying branch Riversands not honouring the supply of the goods. No communications what so ever. The WUMDrop been to the branch multiple time, just to end up empty handed. This is ludicrous. I'd like t know what is Mitch Slape or his successor Jonathan Molapo got to say about the absolute lack of service is?

23 Dec 2022, 12:43Based on previous Makro review earlier today, 23/12/2022, below the courier audit trail for the events this morning in trying to collect my goods. Also including the events since 28/11/2022 from the courier: 11 attempts to collect an 11 times none conformance.
